The Strograph AR-T is a testing machine for fully automatic tensile testing of rubber specimens under temperatures ranging from -40°C to 150°C. It consists of a specimen magazine (ISO 37 Dumb-bell test piece Type 1A), specimen dimension measuring unit, specimen feeding mechanism, pneumatic grips, measuring unit, extensometer, broken specimen removal unit, constant temperature chamber, refrigerator, and PC.

The Strograph AP is designed exclusively for the fully-automated tensile testing of plastics according to ISO 527-2 and ASTM D638. Once specimens are loaded into specimen magazine, this advanced system conducts continuous tensile testing of 200 specimens without human intervention. The De Mattia Flex-Cracking Tester measures endurance of rubber specimens with regard to repeated bending and length of crack generated due to repeated bending.

The Creep Tester performs tensile creep test by applying a constant tensile load to the specimens in a controlled temperature chamber, subjecting the materials to a high level of stress under load and temperature over time. With high precision sensors to continuously monitor the materials, it is able to measure minute elongation for calculation of strain in the materials.

To conduct fully automated Charpy impact testing continuously up to 300 specimens. Once the test specimens are set in the cassette, thickness and remaining width measurement -> setting on the support stand -> impact value measurement -> data processing is fully automated.
