Strograph AE, a fully automatic tensile tester, is designed to conduct tests on rubbers and flexible plastics. The sample tray and specimen feeding system are developed by employing unprecedented ideas and focusing on its small footprint design. The tester comprises specimen magazine unit, and thickness measuring unit, specimen feeding and measuring unit, contact type extensometer, specimen removing and data processing PC.

LIB ozone resistance test chamber simulates the ozone conditions in the atmosphere, quickly identifies and evaluates the anti-ozone aging performance of rubber. This ozone aging chamber is used to test the crack resistance of rubber products in an ozone environment. Lib Industry ozone aging test machine can control and adjust the concentration of the ozone environment to measure the ozone resistance of the test products.

Oil absorption system that characterises the structure of carbon black and silica to ASTM D2414 (OAN), ASTM D3493 (COAN), ASTM D6854, ISO 4656 and ISO 19246. It records mixing torque against oil volume, applies normalisation against reference materials, and is operated from a panel-mounted 7" screen or a connected PC.

The Semi Auto Melt Flow Indexer is designed for measuring of the MFR (melt mass-flow rate) and MVR (melt volume-flow rate) according to ISO 1133 and ASTM D1238 with semi-automated functions such as loading test weight, residue purging and assisted cylinder cleaning to reduce the burden during operation, ensure operation safety and shortening work time.
