- A combination of heat, water ingress, and high pressure is used to measure the effect of degradation on seals, connectors, wires, and mounting equipment.The system delivers water pressure up to 8000–10000 kPa , spray temperature adjustable up to +88°C , and four fixed spray angles (0°, 30°, 60°, 90°) to simulate extreme real-world cleaning and operating conditions.

- Flow pressure control uses a solenoid valve to control flow and pressure, and a digital flow meter indicates flow.The system maintains a water flow rate of 14–16 L/min with real-time digital monitoring, allowing precise adjustment and stable control throughout the entire IPX9K test cycle.
