Designed specifically for lithium-ion batteries, EV battery modules, battery packs, and energy storage systems, the LIB Battery Test Chamber provides a safe and controlled environment for battery performance, reliability, and abuse testing.
With an ultra-wide temperature range from -70°C to +170°C, the chamber covers virtually all temperature conditions required by international battery testing standards. It supports a wide variety of tests such as thermal cycling, high and low temperature storage, charge-discharge environmental testing, and thermal runaway evaluation.
To ensure maximum operator and laboratory safety, LIB integrates a comprehensive explosion-proof protection system, including pressure relief, smoke detection, automatic water spray suppression, emergency exhaust, and intelligent monitoring functions. The chamber is capable of supporting battery tests across EUCAR Hazard Levels 0–7, making it a reliable solution for both R&D and certification laboratories.
