Random Access Sample Buffer (RASB) for IPHT

Motorised 14-position sample carousel option for the IPHT. It gives random access to any sample position under control of the IPHT software and pneumatically cleans the sample container between tests; it can be removed at any time to use the IPHT as a simple tester.
